colin jones's Journal, 28 April 2018

Not a good start to my journey, after a collapse in the home with low oxygen levels, i have spent 4 days in hospital getting sorted out and eating hospital food, I was convinced I would have had a loss in my first week, but it was not to be, came out of hospital with a gain of .2kg.
I may have to look at my recommended daily allowance and lower it because I think it is too high and needs to be lower.
Looking at my graph with a straight line looks like I would be maintaining my weight which is not what I want to achieve, I want to see a loss so need to adjust calories in down.
316.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

No but it was due to me having a clot in my left lung as a result of shallow breathing due to a pain in my shoulder, I thought it was a heart attack (similar feeling) after already having one 15 years ago, I have been started on a 6 month course of warfarin to dissolve the embolism, that is going to affect my diet and the INR blood reading, so I am going to have to be careful of what I eat for the next 6 months.
