I am trying to up my calories and get into Ketosis. I thought I would be this morning, but no. Anyhow, I am trying to get up to 1600 calories, as I have done the VLCD before and it worked, but I can't do it anymore. My girlfriend has lost over 60 lbs the last 6 months eating a balanced diet of 1600 and working with a nutritionist. The good thing is I am down the 10 lbs since my mom died December 5. Never truly believed in stress weight but it really happened to me. I am also getting over depression which I treated with EmpowerPlus vitamins instead of anti-depressants. So, hopefully things will start to go down. I am trying to find a weight to go into my 60s with that I would be happy with. I would love to be under 160 lbs but not sure that is sustainable.
177.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
