I got nothing to say! Today is another day and I will do better!

Stay strong everyone!
155.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I just stopped weighing every day due to the fluctuation. I journal everything I eat. When I stop doing that, I gain.
