Me: Okay, I can do this, all the "bad food" is out of the house and I am ready to eat healthy and below my RDI. Woo hoo!
Mother: Oh hey, I went to the Asian market today and I thought of you.
Me: Aww, how sweet!
Mother: ...So I sent you a package FILLED to the brim of delicious Asian candies. Love ya tons!
Me: Daymn it mother, you know I'm trying to eat healthier-aw screw it OMNOMNOMNOM!
My Brain: I don't need to eat all the candy in one sitting. If I could just master self control and practice portion control I'll be good!
My Stomach & Taste Buds: Gimmie dat candy! Tastes so good, I never want to stop! OMNOMNOMNOM!
100.4 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just know that you can enjoy everything depending on portion, food and calories. you still be able to eat chocolates but to healthier ones like nutrition bars or digestive or dark chocolate. Just make the right choice. I am always fan of junk food, but what am doing is, to grill my veggie burger in place of fried!
