Happy 4th of July! Must proceed carefully today - there will be lots of temptation at the family BBQ. I'll take a long walk with Callie in about an hour.
213.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 68.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Happy 4th back at you....I have confidence in you that you will not yield to the BBQ temptations...after all, you are back on track and going strong. Glad to hear that you and Callie are walking...bet she enjoys it as much as you!!!! You are doing well, friend.
