i am maud, and i have an eating-addiction...

first step to selfimprovement is realization and acknowledgement of the problem.
194.7 lb Lost so far: 54.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I agree with you entirely. I have an eating addiction, as well. They say recognizing the problem is half the battle. So, we are half way there! :-)
