lots of salt yesterday
maybe tomorrow if im carefull.
i switched by the way from entering all the food of the day. to starting the day with the evening meal. i can easily adjust lunch to more or less cals but dinner is not so flexible.
also i hardy feel my foot anymore. so i started jogging yesterday. today my foot hurts again. but it atill looks like a light at the end of my footsore tunnel.
finally i dared to wear a very short dress yesterday. honestly i dont have the knees for that and i looked pregnant. but yesterday i felt sexy and great. wish only for hubbie to pick up on that instead of trying to tone me down by pointing out my ugly knees.
oh well. . .
i have a surprise in store for my diet buddy. she got her target and now we go do someyhing fun together. i really look forward to that. wish i was a little lighter though. dieting for me seemed to have stopped. i know two ways to loose again. but both ways im not sure i can do for the rest of my life. third option is to resign at this weight. struggling as it is to keep this weight...
sorry for the long one today. lot on my mind...
196.2 lb Lost so far: 52.9 lb.    Still to go: 50.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep it up! Don't quit until you are happy. It is ok to choose to just maintain for a while, but from your tone it sounds like you have more to go. Rooting for you!

Yay for feeling sexy in a short dress!! Definitely a step in the right direction! Knees are just funny looking on everyone, no worries.. ;) Don't think about 'dieting' to lose weight - think about making healthy lifestyle choices (for LIFE, not just for a few months) so that you can be healthy and happy!!
