hi all..... ok sooo 4wks into Jenny Craig, weigh in 238.6 today. i almost Gave up Saturday. soooo hubby gets home about 9pm after going in at 5am. this is everyday.... well at that point he has eaten im hungry and i said... let's just go get tacos!! im Not sure what way he took home.... but.... he said what? nope... u keep complaining about how expensive your food is... go eat your Jenny Craig shit. first off i guess I've been allowing you to cheat because i love you and you want to do things with me when I'm home.... well no more go eat your food!!! - game chamber right there. i tried my best to choose wisely at dennys... Last night had a cup of fries at Rockets game... and midnight had 4 nuggets and couple fries from McD's. here i am today.... i went in almost convinced that the gain /loss was fine i can do better... i got measured today... i lost a total of 8 inches!!!!! omg!!!!! i needed that motivation. Now if this soreness from my last Thursday work out would allow me to walk and not look like I've been severely injured... i could finally get back to the gym. new week... back on track.... here i go!!
238.6 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I used to work for Jenny Craig many years ago. I have to tell you, I loved the food. So did my husband. He was so upset when I quit. It is definitely not cheap but the quality is good and it really does teach you portion control. So “you eat that crap” and keep losing those inches. Lol
