Tanita 531 digital scale claims I'm at 11.5% body fat. If I can believe it.
Slept very good last night, but woke up 4:58am with mild kidney stone pain. (Yes, I'm sure, since I've passed 6 stones since they found 9 stones in my kidneys, in 2010. So I'm quite familiar with the radiated pains from them.)
I take and took this morning chinese Niu Xi herb powder for them and it relaxes the ureter, which releases the pain.
Pain gone after the 3rd dose.
145.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
