I'm sure I will put on a few #S later this and next week as I have chefs West Palm Beach, and Broward County Culinary creation dinners , not 1 but 2 to go to..Still under goal, but could be closer to the top next week, that is why I took some precautionary step to be under goal and keep on track.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 234.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We can plan...and that is good. Planning is not something I used to do with respect to food. But with Keto...I have found it is easier to and then get right back to Keto with a plan. Really respect your post...and my hopes for a good Chef's result with work...and on track with personal life. To you , sir!
