Woke at #191, and not even trying, had pancakes and eggs yesterday, I'm sure it is the pneumonia and all the additional drugs. Nothing at this point really taste good, this all needs to go away.Not a good way to lose weight, but for once in my life, I'm actually below a healthy weight, never would have thought that in my life when I weight #427, just hanging out at the house today, raining and the waves from the ocean are rough! Wife came home from the other side of Florida this week for a few parties and I stayed home, she is going out to lunch with girlfriends today and heading back later today, And I'm not DO N OK! at least today!

Woke at #193, went to Dr. second one this week, getting old sucks, I now have walking pneumonia. Said can't hear anything but wheezing in left lung, gave me a few drugs, said if I feel worse in next few days to go to ER.only thing is I'm not hungry,and don't feel bad, Actually got some sleep last night, first time in 3 days, must have been all the drugs and life goes on and I wish I was DO N OK !

WOKE AT #195 been 6 years since I hit this, Tried drinking lots of water needless to say I failed but did log 8 miles walking at work and had trainer at gym, felt crappy but he was kind to me, I can blame it on the FLU, did Covid test, negative, going to clinic later today, Hacking cough all night had it around 8 weeks ago lasted over a month. It is take your child to work day at our school usually have around 80 kids today got count 3 for all day and tomorrow is prom so many will not be here tomorrow. We are a dual enrollment school so most are college bound some have there AS already in HS.And Life is Good, and I wish I was DO N OK !!!

Woke at #196, still there, have really not been down this weight in over 6 years, kind of needed to know as I'm off to the cardiologist, later today, as I only see once a year, Got a new Dr. One month ago, got letter saying they will no longer be taking my insurance. He was good, now search is on, have 5 months to look. Not feeling the best this week. Seems lately always something, only six more weeks of school and we are on summer term, so will lose around 160 students for summer, which will be easy peasy. And I'm DO N OK !
