I am amazed! Yesterday we ate at our favorite Asian buffet and I ate 138% of my SDI(Set Daily Intake). So, I was expecting a substantial gain today, knocking me out the Blue zone. It didn't happen but we do have a lot of chocolate candy in the house. I brought it for my Wife but I would be lying if didn't say I enjoy it more than her. I'm going to try to stay focused the rest of the week and see what happens...
154.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
