Rckc's Journal, 23 December 2016

Ah well, there it is....completely fell off plan. Ate too many cookies, ate pasta, ate bread. Didn't log toward end of week. If I look back to last year's logging, I did the same thing. Big gap during the holidays. Weight gain. Will I ever learn? I know it's not FAT gain but I feel bloated and sluggish. I know if I get right back on plan this will be a little blip on my journey. I know I know I know, but will I DO? YES. I. WILL!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 129.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
