Ahhh Warren, thank you! He's my first ever dog too. Very spoiled, but he's a good boy and well trained. :) He's a nervous and not so confident dog with anxiety (must get it from me) and he doesn't like to go for walks because of it. I'm trying my best to help him get over it. He's also a mix too! The stud was a Standard size purebred dachshund, the mother was a chihuahua and mini dachshund mix, so he's long and has floppy ears, but it's more muscular, taller and has longer legs. Probably more beneficial for his back :) Aren't they just amazing little dogs?

So Zombie, your love will get Oliver over those hurdles, we have a dog, that came to our door one day named Buddy. He was so depressed and never made a sound. Now he is such a well adjusted happy dog, just getting old like me. We have two Cocker Spaniels, Buddy and Toby.

Warren, I'm hoping one day he will have the confidence to be happy outside too. We love him to death, and we try to give him the best life possible. He's the glue that holds my sister, my mom and I all together :)

Oliver is just waaaay to cute! I was able to cut/paste your pic links and he's such a cutie. In that second one I can just hear him thinking "throwtheball throwtheball throwtheball!!!" And the top looks amazing on you!! I like that it looks like you have complimentary toe colors to coordinate ;-)
