BMI
I am doing Atkins for a little over one year now and have lost 138 pounds. My initial goal was to reach high school weight of 175 pounds. I am 5'11" tall imagine my surprise upon investigation even at 175 pounds I would be considered slightly overweight body mass index says I should way between 132 pounds and 172 pounds. Would just like to get some feedback how serious does anyone take these numbers. I am feeling now even at 175 pounds I will look drastically thin maybe even to the point of looking ill; can imagine what I would look like at 132 pounds

Android Phone App
I have never been able to get the bar code to work, and I was just wondering if anyone out there with an Android phone can get their's to work; maybe you have never even tried it. As I understand it if you have a product that is not listed you should be able to scan at least some of the info into the system.

So, please give me a heads up if you can get you're to work. Second part is that I'm ready to buy a new phone so this might help in picking a new one. Thanks in advance

I am stuck on atkins
It's so weird that you can eat something that according to Atkins should be okay I love potato chips but replace them with pork rinds as a had zero carbohydrates even though I remain under 2000 cal not strictly watching that when I eat pork rinds I don't seem to lose weight as quickly no problem with Coke zero

I am stuck on atkins
The only real suggestion I can offer you is to read the labels. Serving size is so important a small can of asparagus that only has 3 g of total carbohydrates and 1 g of dietary fiber giving you two net carbohydrates until you realize that there are three servings per container. I have been doing Atkins now for almost one year I started off weighing 338 pounds and I am currently tipping the scale at 226 just as a point of reference. I never worried about calories but I religiously stayed under the 20 carbohydrates didn't really exercise hope that helps if not please feel free to contact me directly for inspiration or moral support
