This is a total of 16 lbs down in two weeks on Induction with Atkins. ALSO 6.25" total gone off of my body, that I can tell it is TOM.
279.0 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 122.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thank you! And the Screaming Woman has only been around for the last week. :) I'm not expecting the same to stay as I'm thinking of moving onto at least level 1 of OWL and upping my carbs to 25/day instead of 20. It's a thought.

Yes its definitely working for you, Yay! thats twice as much as what my loss was. It wont be until tomorrow when my 2 weeks are finished for the induction challenge, but Im going for another induction challenge round again after Monday.
