I appreciate the list SandraALCF, I do now own the new atkins made easy book and it has the list and things to add as you leave induction and begin to go through all stages of your journey for a better you.
If you don't own a copy I would recommend it for anyone who is low carb.
thank you for your support and being thoughtful to post that list.
many who don't know the acceptable foods can click on it and find out more about low carb.
Plus I do like that it seems to have tons of topics to read about on low carb on the site. I will do some research there also because as we all know knowledge is key.

Happy dance, Happy dance
Began my induction challenge Monday March 9th I challenged myself to committing to the induction phase for a week,
Well, its been a week and Im glad to report Ive now lost a total of 2 1/2 inches in my waist, 2 inches in my hips and thighs.
Now the measurement stats are from when I began over 2 weeks ago they are not stats since my induction challenge which I began last Monday.
But now my weigh in when I began induction was 152, and now Im so happy to report my weigh in as of today is.....148.5
Happy dance! Happy dance! a total of 3.5 lbs in a week,
yep Ill take that.
Im aware that its induction and that the loss can be a little more drastic during that time, but bring it on.
Second week of my induction challenge begins today.

2nd day of induction challenge
Ive been on low carb for several years and I usually don't gain unless I go completely off it as I usually do the holiday months then Im back in the saddle with my low carb.
I have always incorporate some kind of exercise routine Ive just been a little lazy lately
Exercise strengthens me for my nursing job and when I don't I can tell at the end of 12 hrs.
Ive never had any problem with losing weight and exercising before with the Atkins program so I know I will be fine, thanks though for your concern.
