Ok, here me out. I know this looks bad, and it is. However, for the year 2022 I did not gain (success), but I did not lose (bummer). I am now back on track to documenting everything I eat, and keep moving forward.
(Let the eye rolling ensue 😆)

Maintaining over 3 successive Hollidays is considered a win in my book. There is nothing wrong with putting your losing efforts on pause, enjoying some of the Holliday fare, concentrating your efforts on maintaining your current loss— then just pick up where you left off. In order to make this a lifestyle change for good, you have to have realistic expectations. Few people can sustain a lifetime of depravation. I think you did good.

Bro Yago, señor, esa es una canción increíble. Me encanta la emoción que surge a través de la sincronización de las letras y la música. Dicho esto, admito humildemente que no entiendo lo que el artista ha cantado, pero parece poderoso y lo siento.
