Ok, yes, I’m still creeping around on the fringes. Too embarrassed to show my face truth be told. I just haven’t been able to get my head in the game. I’ve even tried several “programs”, the last being VShred which pissed me off as it turned into one monster sales pitch.🤦♂️
So, I am back to what I know, but need to keep trying.
I have been working with an employer sponsored app that is helping to get my muscle fitness and strength back into shape so I don’t blow my back out blowing my nose. 😆
