Woke up 222# Went to gym and pickleball for 2/1/2 hours stayed on straight and narrow on food consumption, working remotely today so going to pickleball earlier today, very hot out sure I will sweat a lot. And I'm DO N OK !!
222.0 lb Lost so far: 205.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
