Sixties something and loving retirement. KeepIng a pesky 20 pounds that I need to be rid of for good. Mostly vegan following my own diet.

March 2021- Seventies something and still here.😊. The twenty pounds are gone and I will now do maintenance. It’s been a journey; mainly of consistency and then understanding what is right for my body.

App versus web page
Am I missing something? I cannot get the full web page features such as community on my app. So I use the app for logging and the webpage for discussion, etc.

Is the app designed to be a slim version of the website?

I don't know what I am doing wrong
It might be worth calculating your basal metabolism rate to see how many calories your body needs at this time. Then determine the rate at which you want to lose weight; for instance to lose 1 pound per week you would create a deficit of 500 cal. This one is pretty good http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/. I had mine calculated by a dietician for a fee and this online calculator returns about the sane results for free. All the best!

Body Scale question
Thank you for giving me something to think about. I do have a digital scale so I may need to just stay with it. If you can, maybe share what you learn about your scan. All the best'

Body Scale question
Do any of you have and like a scale that gives your fat to muscle ratio? Are they accurate and how do you like them. If I were to get one, which would you suggest?
