Woke at 224# did relatively ok yesterday, Need to get more serious, Pickleball tonight, Last day at these courts for a year as they are remodeling, also tonight along with gym and trainer, hopefully will be a good day, and I'm DO N OK !
224.0 lb Lost so far: 203.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
