Lightest in many years tonight but no loss in strength!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have to start practicing those 40's. Pro ball tng camp soon. As light as you are now the power/weight ratio will have you in mid 4's with practice.

Hope I was a help, listen to the gauges first. Nobody knows better. Eat well, it's almost 1:30 pm in the Philippines.

I listened to them after that 8th set............75-79 were nasty and then I felt like they were giving out! I am sitting at the table now and was thinking just that...............would it count if I started now??? Planning to get up at 5:50 am and get ready to arrive at Mimi's at 7 am sharp when they open!

I would not go to bed hungry after that w/o. At least cheat a bit with extra protein. I had 2 small filet 2x3oz and a chicken faquita that Xu made. I'll eat a bit of carbs, but not much till the am.

Took in some protein and minimized the carbs tonight........the calm before the storm! Should be fun tomorrow! Check in often and enjoy!
