Slow and steady, seems I can gain 5#s a day if not careful, wife bought me long john. so I had to eat it, lots of sugar, Life goes on and I'm DO N OK !!
219.0 lb Lost so far: 208.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
