DO N OK's Journal, 18 May 2020

I'm sure wearing my face mask indoors (YES THE HOUSE )as well as outdoors helped a lot, I've really been trying to keep my eating to 2 times a day, the IF seems to work for me, as well as maintaining lower carbs, no breakfast, as long as I have coffee,trying to fine tune my eating, after all this time, /I think I have it down as to what works and what doesn't, you have to keep trying new and different eating styles to see what works for you,Now on to some exercise, still working from home does not help anything, our city Fort Lauderdale is opening up somewhat today, but still no beaches..and NO GYMs, restaurants 50% and I'm DO N OK !!!
219.0 lb Lost so far: 208.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hard to eat with mask on for sure. I noticed it lowered my snacking while driving as well

I live in Florida too and it starts reopening... can't wait till disney and universal are open again

Be careful about over wearing your mask! Some people are passing out while driving because they have been wearing their masks all day. They arnt meant to be worn for long periods.
