Slowly, ever so slowly.

Have joined the Happy Scale app which is a marvelous thing- it takes away scale perseveration!

Also joined the Half Size Me Community for 3 months. It is a little complicated, but I like the podcast.
155.4 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
