good Monday morning just got done what's my morning ride on my trainer...

did 16.8 MI took 1 hour and 10 minutes was on a fairly flat route felt good to ride but I had to stop after an hour and take pain meds because was trying to stop the pain before it got too bad in my shoulder ... was able to stretch my arm out on my handlebars easier today but still needed to give it some support from my other arm to get it where it needs to be.. small strides but big accomplishments from where I look at it...

raining here today and most of the day need to go to Walmart but not sure if that's going to happen today or tomorrow. ... my plan is to ride again tomorrow on the trainer and then I have therapy tomorrow afternoon at 1 p.m. to start therapy on my right shoulder tell hopefully take care of my frozen shoulder..

my friend Mike sent me the challenge last night on Strava to do a hundred miles in two weeks which only means I have 9 days to complete because that is all the time that's left on the challenge with the 16 miles that I did today and the 8th that I did yesterday I have 26 or a little over so far so the hundred miles looks easy..

time to get up and go in to the kitchen and have breakfast and then take the last have two days.. of steroids of the prescription and then it will be time to start on inflammatory medicine and the painkillers after or before therapy..

have a great day everyone catch y'all later

Being unable to ride for 9 days was good rest for my body..but at same time I was missing the endorphin rush and the exercise...that really doesn't seem like exercise cause I enjoy it so much
