JOURNAL: Started Spring clean up of yard. Day 2 Raked and worked in Front yard today. It snowed this evening . I guess this is my way of avoiding talking Keto . I have changed nothing...really to tweak my eating. Sort of morphed into OMAD this week but the meals were larger than normal. Really considering a jump start if this doesn't break my stall.

Judy, do you take your blood pressure? Refresh me. Are you restricting sodium because it’s high? You need to look at this again and start tracking it. My sodium intake is 5 or 6 times yours and is my BP is low when it’s been ski high since I was 18. Some of it is medical, but some of it is keto which leaches the salt out of your body if you are drinking enough. 🤷🏻‍♀️I don’t take BP or cholesterol meds anymore either. 💁🏻‍♀️So check out the salt and electrolyte issue and see what you might need through some research. That might get you humming again.

Pink Himalayan salt has all 84 elements the body needs, and you feel so much better using it, and it normalizes fluids and BP. The best part is that it makes your food better and if you ever get a headache you just take a pinch of it on your tongue and wash down with water. Moments (usually) later headache gone. Your body is never deficient in tylenol, but often in minerals.

Yeah I know. I add at least a 1/2 teaspoon to all my smoothies and sprinkle it over other food. I’m a firm believer in Himalayan salt, but I also supplement with magnesium because most of us don’t get enough. 🤷🏻‍♀️
