I don't know if I got into something I am allergic to or I am starting to get the crud that has been going around. Either way I am fighting it today. Happy valentine's day.

The crud that was going around before Christmas was very persistent and lasted weeks and weeks (for me and others). I thought I had it again a week or so ago, but this time it just came and went. I hope the same applies to you. I don't mind a sniffle but I really hate it when it seems to drain all the 'go' out of you.

I am fighting it hard, so hopefully it stays at this level and goes away. For now it's just my sinuses. I read at one time that you can burn up to 15 calories per sneeze, depending on how you sneeze. If that's the case i should have burned about 500 calories by now, lol.
