JOURNAL: Unplanned 24 hr fast as my window to eat 1pm-7pm closed before I had eaten 2nd meal. So 1:30pm today to 1:30 pm on Sunday will be one 24 hr fast. I also planned a 42hr from 7pm Monday night til 1pm Wednesday. (usual planned weekly fast). So….I am all set for my fasting challenge and should be steady Keto otherwise. Am grateful I limped past the Holiday season. I had a lot of fun…and Keto was easy…without too much family talk about it!
