ADDENDUM: Made a FATHEAD pizza and filled up on two small pieces and my husband ate the rest! YUMOLICIOUS and easy!

@Glen - FATHEAD pizza crust is made from almond flour, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese and an egg. It is high fat and low carb - and delicious!

Sounds interesting. For some reason, I haven't wanted pizza recently. This is a good thing.

Fathead rocks! I tried it for the first time last week, and it's da bomb! I just saw a pizza crust recipe the other day made from canned chicken and parmesan and an egg. Almost perfect macros for LCHF. The channel is called "KetoConnect" and it's a young couple that comes up with some great keto recipes and tips. I'm going to try it this week, I think.
