197.2 lbs this morning, recording my weight a day early since we'll be traveling tomorrow and off the normal schedule of things including time of a weigh in. But still reserving the right to log a weight tomorrow if it's favorable. :)

We're off to Buffalo tomorrow morning, haven't been there since the first part of June. It'll be nice to see kids/grandkids and especially so for my wife, being away from all her family like that can be tough. My family is local here so I have it easy in that respect. Lots of driving, less control over food and probably no focused exercise through Monday will be a challenge but will do my best. Have a great Friday!
197.2 lb Lost so far: 56.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I try to avoid those rest stop food courts and just bring a cooler of fruits & nuts. Gotta balance the calories eaten with calories burned during driving (uh, 20?). Determination!

Have a great trip Jim. We will celebrate his grandsons birthday tomorrow and hopefully I will go to Edinburgh at the end of this month for my daughters birthday. Managed to clock a respectable 7700 steps with a broken foot and now I am paying for it :)

Tina, wishing you safe travels when you go and good times with your grandson's and daughter's birthdays. Take care of your foot, although I sure understand how hard it must be to stay off of it.
