Well, today was a "I didn't have time to eat" day. I managed a breakfast shake around 4:00 p.m. while talking with our President. Apart from my morning coffee before work and tea during the morning, the shake was my only caloric intake source for the day. My unofficial weigh in tomorrow should be entertaining.

Happy Labor Day Weekend Jamaica, Maybe hubby will be cooking a special dinner on grill and you can add a special wine!!!

Hi Pam and you too. I'm a 12 hour drive away from home. We've gone to my hubby's home for a week so there will be lots of food so I expect to be up in weight by the time I get back. We're in the process of planning a drop-in feed for Friday after the interment of F in L's ashes. I'm not logging anything but I'm trying to be sensible with what I eat.
