Continuing on my journey to good health - chiropractic, massage therapy, athletic therapy, and now watching what I'm eating (finally). 2018 update - I have added a personal trailer to my list of professionals. Something I think is noteworthy - I am the first MS client for all of the above.

My name is Karen and I have had chronic back pain since 1992 (minor car accident) that is finally being managed thanks to the wonderful people noted above. And to make matters a little more interesting, I was diagnosed with RRMS in 2004. Most days I feel like I'm walking through water, so exercising is a challenge.

I joined looking to lose weight and found a wonderful support system.

8 February 2015 - 157.0 lbs (goal: lose 12 lbs)

Editing a recipe in my cookbook
Thank you but the option to edit is not there. 😯 Or at least I can't find it. I guess I could change the serving number in my food log, but I was hoping for a more permanent, and remember-able, solution. ☺

Editing a recipe in my cookbook
I found this nice recipe for potato salad so I created a recipe in My Cookbook. The recipe had no serving size so I estimated it. Now that I've had two days of eating it, I grossly underestimated the number of servings. I was wondering if there is any way of changing a recipe once it's been submitted. It's still waiting for approval, if that makes any difference.
