I wasn't around yesterday because I had a really bad night Wed night and it carried over through. I hurt all over, maybe it was the weather. We're in monsoon and it was quiet active, I don't really know sometimes it seems to bother me sometimes not. That's one of the problems with Fibro and Arthritis you never know the cause for the pain. At least I'm better today.

I did eat ok it made me really crave sweets so I did have an Atkins bar to help with that. I had bought several boxes on sale and decided not to use them for the time being and not buy anymore later. But now I'm thinking maybe buy a box when these are gone for times like yesterday.

Is anyone using any products and mixes from Netrittion,com if so how do you log them? They have LCHF bread mixes that sound pretty good. I'm using an iPad and I have yet to find the place for custom foods. I know it used to be there but it seems to be gone from my mini.

I need to go for now Marcel is staring at me for attention he can't meow for it but I know the look.

When you log in foods, isn't there a place to enter your own if it isn't in their library? You put in the manufacturer, name and the nutrition, I think. I haven't used the FatSecret food tracker in a long time. I have been using MyFitnessPal's as it was easier. I miss logging here. It's nuts to be bopping around both sites.
