Am Training: Was really fatigued this morning, only went onto the elliptical for 10 minutes and then went to yoga.
PM Training: Tried another 10 minutes on the elliptical - then went to do weight training, mood and energy picked up a little and did 40 solid minutes of leg training. Will probably feel this tomorrow.
Although not physically interested in cardio today, I Feel better, slightly revived but honestly no work will be done. Too tired.
