GOOD THURSDAY MORNING.....the sun is up..had my cup of green tea...and although I'd like to be peddling outside and down the road...my next few months will be spent peddling on the recumbent bike...lest I have a back up...

didn't sleep that great again last night...got 4 great hours..was awake for 2..and finally went back to bed an got 2 or 3 more....hopefully a nap is in my future today

headed to local Dr for surgery physical...not sure what that involves...but at 9am will find out today..then to hospital to pick up CD with xray,cat scan,an MRI images on it...gotta take that with us on Tuesday if I'm approved for surgery on tuesday...

I'm ready....

my orthopedic Dr also rides a bicycle...he was listening when I told him what happened...his first question...how fast was you going..i said well..15-17 mph at lest...he said ...was you clipped in...i showed him bottom of my shoes...as I have cleats on peddles...so I don't have to clip in...

well...tea is gone...time to eat breakfast...and then fix salad...wont be doing 23 hour fast today like normally...but probably a 22 hour fast...till Friday morning...

have a great day....thanks for all the support...this is a ruff time for me....knowing I have at least 4.5 months to heal....my summer of riding is spoken for with Dr visits an therapy...

Physical for surgery consisted of questions ,blood work,ekg...waiting on doctor to compare them..had one back in 2016...before I was doing without all the processed food and sugar..so hoping I pass...then a matter of waiting on phone calls telling what time apt is on tuesday...hurry up an wait...

Thanks everyone...waiting on blood work to come back...that all that's holding Tuesday from happening..the surgery has already set us up for 1pm tuesday...so hopefully tomarrow everything will be confirmed....
