todays the day..gooood wednesday morning...slept better last night....might of been cause i cut grasss one last time before my doctors appt today..as i was cutting grass...pain level was almost gone...didnt take any pain meds before i got on rider..in fact i wasnt even suppose to cut grass..someone else was suppose to come by an cut it..but they got busy helping someone else an got busy...so i decideded to cut it ...

my sister an i live in moms old house with a divided wall thru the living room making 2 appartments out of one big home...was hoping to cut grass...an have it done before my sister got back home...but got caught doing back yard..as i was cutting grass yesterday...i was thinking to myself...my friend has one set of keys to rider..and when my sister comes home shes gonna be holding out her hand and il be giving her my set...grounded from cutting grass...

yes i lost my set of keys...till i get better..

todays my appointment with doctor..hoping to hear its just a matter of time to get it fixed...but wont know until 1pm...been 40 days since i had my bicycle wreck..and an expensive one at that..no bills have come in yet..but im sure between medicare an insuraance..im not gonna enjoy it..here its almost june an im usually on my trek emonda sl6...riding..an instead..im inside watching cars drive by...kinda sucks..to be injured..waited all winter...just to enjoy it..yeah i can still go out an enjoy the sun...but part of it was the riding as well...o well...might be doing inside riding on my bike/trainer once my shoulder starts to heal...

been meditating more again..listened to one last night that was called law of attraction an abundance by gale minchew...using insight timer...helps you focus more on positive thoughts something i been lacking lately...listened to it right before bed..slept almost 8 plus hours..cept for bathroom breaks an walking to kitchen to get a drinky..

well..gonna get off laptop..an get my morning cup of green tea along with my protein an creatine...get this day started out right...now if i was getting my endorphines running wild...it would be a better day...but in due time hopefully..

UPDATE: just got home from doctors...i think he said there are 4 tensions going to rotary cuff...i only have one still attached...if my surgery physical passes...might have surgery on tuesday...depending on when surgery is done...then I will have right arm in a sling for 4 weeks...after 4 weeks...then therapy for at least 3 months...depending on how I heal...so that's where it stands right now...have Dr apt Thursday for surgery physical..if I pass..could have surgery tuesday...know more maybe tom or friday

Ouch! Only one still attached out of the four! No wonder it's been so painful. Glad your doc is planning urgent surgery. Hope all goes well with your physical tomorrow. Keeping you in my thoughts.
