Upped my fiber and water intake last week. Weight has started to drop again after several weeks stalled.
Lowered my Basal rates at the start of last week to get ahead of the hypos. Less hypos last week. Had high fasting BG's in the mornings and gradually increased basal rate to get under control.
This week I will continue to adjust the basal until I get a fasting BG under 100.
