It looks like my body wants to lose a pound a week. It is what it is I guess. On a more positive note, I made it through a movie at the theatre without any buttered popcorn! Huge for me as I’ve never been able to say no to popcorn before. I also made it through a big family get together without gorging myself on all the high carb (delicious) pot luck dishes available...baby steps
