Ok so i have found like smoking if you hold on for a few mor seconds you will make it. saw a co-worker eating I promise like 6 slices of pizza with a salad i just wanted to dive in but this is an addiction and like smoking ive quit for 4 years now and in 4 more years i will look back on this and say way to got! see were self Discipline has brought you....
