Yay my weigh-in wasn't a huge loss, but at least it's in the right direction! I celebrated with a Wegman's cheese plate--lots of calories, but NO carbs and I'll be running at least a mile later. Here's to seeing another loss next Friday! I admit I do weigh every day, but the Friday one is the one that counts lol...How are you all doing??

I weigh every day to, but only record on Fridays. I try so hard not to get on the scale everyday, but I just can't help myself! Great job on a loss this week!

I weigh myself most days except the past 4. But the Friday weigh in is the only one that is "Official".

I used to weigh Mondays but for some reason that was not as effective in encouraging me LOL!!
