Stomach issues since last night. Feel gross. Without getting into details, I expect I'll be a little lighter at the end of the day but will need to be careful not to bump back up. Walking was not an option last night, nor swimming.
Update: Up 1.6 from last week, but I think it's a false gain so just going along for the ride. We'll see how i feel about getting too far away from the house later this evening. Might make some soup for dinner.
