Found a whole pound this morning. The two days of cheats have made their way to the scale. I will be fighting back this afternoon with a long, faster walk and maybe some more sprints in the pool. Finally getting used to figuring out how to do a workout when there are no actual laps. On the humorous side, if you look at my "route" it looks like a bowl of spaghetti because even though i'm moving, it's mostly in one very limited space. Should be much easier to stick to plan today as I am not trapped in an office building with food brought in. The movement, that's totally on me.
