I am so greatful to have found this app! Recently I’ve been struggling with “fatty liver” and have to stick to a low fat/carb diet. I was using MyFitnessPal but I had to manually enter in nutrition facts. I love how this app has it so you can look it up and save it to your food diary! Especially how it had nutrition facts from a salad from Panera bread. I love how this app breaks it down to my total macronutrients! #blessed

I switched from myfitness pal also. Too many ads and they want to charge to see macros. I like how I can see my net carbs on this!

Check out mct oil and apple cider vinegar they both are supposed to help stop / reverse nafld
