A problem I’m having with low fat & low carb is only totaling around 700-800 calories daily...which i know it’s about “consuming less calories” however I feel this isn’t healthy and I am unsure how to build that number up.

I never realized how simple it is to eat healthy until it came to the point I needed to eat healthy.
It definitely has its challenges, like having to cook all my meals instead of getting take out everyday, but finally having the motivation to set some time to meal prep definitely helps.

I am so greatful to have found this app! Recently I’ve been struggling with “fatty liver” and have to stick to a low fat/carb diet. I was using MyFitnessPal but I had to manually enter in nutrition facts. I love how this app has it so you can look it up and save it to your food diary! Especially how it had nutrition facts from a salad from Panera bread. I love how this app breaks it down to my total macronutrients! #blessed
