April 26, 2018. It was a virus. Pretty much gone away completely now. Trying to get back into better eating habit for type 2 control. Haven't dared weigh, but I will tomorrow. Blood sugar 1.5 hours after having yoghurt and two fat strawberries: 165. I didn't take it fasting this morning. Hopefully an hour before lunch it will be much better.
