Recently, I had lunch by myself at Chili's because McD's was out of salad. So I had this 6 oz Classic Sirloin Steak with Grilled Avocado and salad with fresco cheese (no dressing - I don't think a salad needs it at all). The menu lists it at 420 cals. I also had 2 hand mixed margaritas made with fresh orange. I haven't had a cocktail in at least a year and a half. Had one beer last summer. This was really good and my weight didn't even take a hit. I'm steady in the 175-177 range right now. That was wonderful, I really enjoyed it and I deserved a pleasant dining experience. I left a nice tip, of course. Btw, my mom and I are going on a Viking River Cruise down the Danube in August! I've never been anywhere. If I hadn't lost this wt, this trip wouldn't even be possible. Yay for me.
