Ty, one of my goto pre-prepared lunches. Either with dried cranberry or avocado.

Are not cranberries very sour? Are those with sugar?

Raw cranberries are sour these are cured before drying... they have a very flavourful sweet/tangy taste... no sugar added. Like any fruit tho, they are high in carbs.
