Back to work today. After a rough weekend I do not know if today will be any better. Had a bad nights sleep and still feel under the weather because of the weather! Ha ha ha yeah I may be ill but have been able to maintain my sense of humour.
Anyways yesterday I did drag my arse out and went for a short walk, had to really because my library books were due, when I got home though that stupid nausea and dizziness continued, I was to say the least a little upset because I just can not handle the heat at all this year, and to believe people say if you lose weight you can handle these changes, poppycock to that one. I also drank another 4 or 5 litres of water too. I filled the Brita filter so many times I thought it would give out on me. But nope it's a trooper. Then When I recorded my food I realized how low I was on calories and hoping that does not send my body into the dreaded starvation mode that everyone talks about. I really don't think that it will considering it will increase once this heat wave passes, which I am ever so hopeful that it will do today.however if the weather continues I am prepared for it by eating very light and drinking lots of water.
Yep rain is in the forcast, and if we are fortunate anough to get some I will most certainly be out dancing in it. Cool me off and add a little variety to exercise!! Ha ha ha

So for today it is.. Work and getting through that, and perhap laundry and hopefully dancing in the rain.

I'll trade you some of my food for some of your water. I'm not getting near enough water. Just saw you had lima beans....mmmm! Haven't had those in so long. I think it will make it's way onto next weeks menu!
